Bamboo & Fab Bags to Beautify your Oscar activities…

What a fabulous week in LA! From my 40s inspired “day look” by Linda Loudermilk  for Global Green’s Media Event to my Green Carpet gown of Naturally-dyed Bamboo  & Recycled Tutu from the lovely Karen Caldwell, I felt pretty star-like…especially when my ensemble caught the eye & a “fabulous” thumbs up from the legendary designer, Randolph Duke. My night was made! My pal & eco-activist beauty, Daphne Zuniga, also rocked a Karen Caldwell creation for Global Green’s 8th Annual Pre-Oscar party and looked RED hot!

I’ve been toting my new Market Bag from FashionableNotes all around town and even left a few for the Green Carpet Challenge Goddesses Livia Firth and Lucy Seigle to tote back across the Pond, as they were huge fans! Another big hit are the carved couture creations by my fellow Atlantan Tamara Bowens whose new line BowensBergeron has tongues wagging & hands grabbing all over LA. Keep an eye out on the carpet tonight for her amazing “Connoisseur” bag which Lucy will be rocking.

Doing the right thing on the Red Carpet means going GREEN so follow the trend of fashionable folks like Livia Firth & Lucy Seigel as well as actress & activist, Suzy Cameron, who was also sporting sustainable style with her Red Carpet, Green Dress Challenge.
